Working closely with our African client Eroton Exploration & Production in Nigera, Ennovate has provided trusted core expertise to ensure that key stakeholders are able to attract foreign investments to develop energy projects in the Niger Delta region.
Through our work, we have engineered and designed a wide range of facilities including: dehydration, lease automatic custody transfer (LACT), water treatment, and water injection.
As part of the client's assets located in the OML 18 lease, Ennovate's work spanned across multiple facility platforms, including Alakiri, Krakama, Cawthorne Channels 1, 2, and 3.
The Niger Delta, while resource rich, has faced significant environmental challenges, and we at Ennovate are committed to meeting the highest safety standards to protect the valuable waterways and landscape of this region.

Water Injection
Mitigating environmental disruptions
The re-injection of produced water helps to maintain reservoir drive energy. More importantly, this mitgates environmental impacts from surface disposal.
Our client entrusted Ennovate to conduct studies of the produced water chemistry, biological, and physical properties, with destination reservoir characteristics, in order to ascertain compatibility.
With an eye for boosting production as well as eliminating water disposal costs, Ennovate delivered this project under budget for our client.
Water Treatment
Water, a vital resource
Water treatment is a part of an energy project, and as a vital resource, the proper usage and management of water is critical.
The regulation and approval of oil projects depends on demonstrating effective water management. Ennovate's experience in the wide range of water treatment technologies allowed us to select the most optimal process for our client. We adopt a systematic approach, including disposal strategy, dynamic chemistry of the produced water, and cost benefit analyses, including considerations for maintenance and training.

Crude oil dehydration costs can negatively impact the revenue of an operating field.
Ennovate worked with our client on the installation of an in-field dehydration system. We engineered and designed the full system, including associated utilities. With our global reach, we provided on-time equipment delivery.

Lease Automatic Custody Transfer (LACT)
Facilitating regulatory compliance
Lease Automatic Custody Transfer (LACT) units measure volume and quality of hydrocarbons at the contractual transfer point, and allow owners and operators to monitor compliance to enviromental laws.
Ennovate assisted our client with the engineering, design, procurement, and installation of LACT units, solving challenges related to remote locations, seasonal water level changes, and local indigenous activites such as fishing and trade routes that require protection.
